Dear All,
This is an invitation to attend the opening class of my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school. There will be a 1.5 hour class taking place at 10:00am on the 16th October. It will take place at Cranham Community Centre, Marlborough Gardens, Cranham, RM14 1SR in the big hall. I have brand new mats to be christened so please come down for a good training session. Come and show your support!!!
The first session will be completely free to beginners training BJJ for the first time and £8 per class after that.

What to bring on the day
If you are new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu all you need is loose clothing I.E shorts and Tshirt. Or if you own a Kimono (GI) please bring it along with you. Also we recommend you wear a gum shield while training just as a precaution.
