6:00pm Wednesday 7th March (NEW CLASS)

New class confirmed to start on Monday’s at 6:00pm commencing 7th March.
This will be an adult’s class ages 14 and up for 1 hour in the same hall as Wednesday’s class.

We are looking at the double leg takedown in tomorrow mornings class, with different variations of finishes, followed by attacks on the turtle position.

Then plenty of sparring to finish :o)

Ok people tomorrow will be a nogi class covering Rubberguard basics. If this is something you have wanted to learn in a class environment for a while feel free to come on down! Looking at mission control. Sombie to Omoplata. Then Triangle from the meathook possion. Dont worry sounds complex but its easy to learn :o)
