Kent Open

Good luck to all competing at the English/Kent open next week. If there is anything you want to go over with me in the class I.E points/strategy etc please do not hesitate to grab me.

I can also arrange harder sparring sessions with fresh parters every round to help you build your cardio for the comp.

Opening day

First class was great with a healthy turn out. Thanks to all for attending and we look forward to some good training sessions in the future. We had a range of different levels of Jiu Jitsokas from complete beginner to blue and purple belts. We covered a takedown using double under hooks and mount attacks and escapes followed by plenty of sparring.

Look forward to this Wednesday’s class at 6:30 where there will be more of the same in the other hall at the community centre.

See you there for another good session.
